Renting outfits from Kennedy's Closet is a simple and quick process. Start by browsing our  inventory of rental outfits, including glitz dresses, natural dresses, casual wear, swimwear, ooc and more. Once you've selected the outfits you need for your pageant, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Please choose the Friday the week of your pageant as your booking date.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your rental order, subject to availability. If you realize you need additional outfits or want to modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to accommodate your requests and update your order. If you need to upgrade your shipping speed please reach out prior to your ship date so I can accommodate. 

Rentals will ship to you on the Monday prior to your pageant and will need to be shipped back to me or to the next renter on the Monday following the pageant. The rental period runs from Friday-Sunday. If you need your outfit prior to Friday there may be an additional shipping charge. Most rentals arrive by Wednesday but that is not always the case. Please plan ahead if you know you will not be home to receive the outfit on Friday. I will ship to your hotel at no additional charge. If your outfit is not going to arrive on time and I was not notified in advance that you were leaving early, overnight Shipping for an additional outfit will be at your expense.

All shipping is done through UPS.

Return shipping is $18. It will be added to your final invoice before shipment. I will provide you with a return shipping label, you will need to print this label. It can be printed at your local ups store, staples, office max or your local library. I will need to receive tracking receipt from drop off by 5pm or you will be charged a $20 per day late fee and will be responsible for paying the cost of overnight shipping to the next renter. If the outfit is not returned on time and/or late fees are not paid you forfeit your right to rent in the future. If you fail to return an item legal action will be taken. 

When returning outfits please use the same box that they were shipped to you in. If the box is damaged use a box of similar size. If you use an oversized box and it incurs an additional fee for shipment you will be charged the difference. All items must be placed into a bag before placing into the box for return. If an item is damaged during shipment and it was not placed in a bag you will be charged for damages. 

Damages, loss or theft that occur during your rental period you will be responsible for paying repair or replacement costs. 

Do not eat/drink in these outfits.

Do not smoke around these outfits.

If you need to eat or drink anything please wear a cape. Cleaning fees start at $25 per outfit and go up from there. If you damage an outfit please be up front about it, no one wants to receive a dirty or damaged outfit. If you spill any food or drink on an outfit and it is not disclosed you forfeit your right to rent in the future. 

Once you receive your rental please send me photos of what you receive and photos before you box up the outfit. If this is not done and the next renter receives a damaged outfit you will be charged for damages and may forfeit your right to rent in the future. 

Please remember that these are rentals and may have minor flaws such as tan stains, makeup or missing stones none of which can be seen from stage. 

Please make sure to check measurements as most items are custom made and may not fit each child the same. If you receive an outfit that does not fit I will do my best to send you a replacement depending on what is available. Shipping for another outfit will be at your expense.

It is your responsibility to track your outfits, I provide tracking info on Mondays. If an outfit is delayed for any reason I will do my best to get another outfit to you. Please notify me no later than Wednesday if there is a tracking issue. This allows me time to fix the issue. NO REFUNDS will be given for delayed outfits, only future rental credit. 

Deposits and special prices are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit to book your date is 1/2 of the rental fee. Dates are not held without a deposit. Outfits will not ship until paid in full with return shipping. 

These outfits are owned by Kimberly Pearce and Sunshine Pageant Rentals, they are not to be rented or sold to anyone other than the rentee. By renting from me you agree to the terms above
